Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
Returns or replacements are accepted for:
- Damaged product
- Leaked product
- Wrong item delivered
- Missing item in parcel
A request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
Return Approval Conditions
- Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
- Packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.
- Used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.
Return & Replacement Process
- Approved cases receive a reverse pickup, if the pincode is serviceable.
- Quality Check requires 3–5 business days after the product reaches the warehouse.
- Replacement or refund is issued after QC clearance.
Refund Timelines
- Refunds to the original payment method, 7–10 business days.
- COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
