Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Eligibility for Returns and Replacements

Returns or replacements are accepted for:

  • Damaged product
  • Leaked product
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in parcel

A request must be raised within 72 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.

Return Approval Conditions

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and sealed.
  • Packaging, labels, and invoice must be intact.
  • Used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

Return & Replacement Process

  • Approved cases receive a reverse pickup, if the pincode is serviceable.
  • Quality Check requires 3–5 business days after the product reaches the warehouse.
  • Replacement or refund is issued after QC clearance.

Refund Timelines

  • Refunds to the original payment method, 7–10 business days.
  • COD orders are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
