Processing & Dispatch

- Orders received on weekends or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
- Metro cities, 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities, 4–7 business days
- Remote locations, 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on prepaid orders across India.
- COD charges, ₹49–₹99 per order.
Tracking Details
Customers receive the tracking ID, courier partner name, and tracking link once the order is shipped.
Delivery Attempts
Couriers attempt delivery 2–3 times. If unsuccessful, the order is marked RTO (Return to Origin).
Lost or Delayed Orders
If delivery exceeds 10 working days, customers can request an investigation or a replacement.
